Encroachment by BSES

This is to bring your notice that BSES is going to encroach MCD land in DDA shed, Okhla Phase-1 New Delhi (Nr. shed no. C- 85) adjacent to their existing transformer. A full grown Neem tree is also proposed to be chopped in the process. We presume that BSES has not sought any permission to encroach the land from your office which is highly illegal and contrary to practice.

We urge upon to take immediate remedial action to save the land.
