POOR QUALITY EXTERIOR PAINT PROVIDED BY CO

I have been purchaed asian paint apex for my exterier walls. but just in 1 month colour of wall is fatted. i just go to dealer he gave to sugestion to complaint co call centre. i marked mail to co customer care on 1st sep. i got revert on mail that team will touch to me with in 24hours. but no body touched with me . than on 5th sep i make a call to there call centre. concern exective give me logic . mail and phone customer care centre are different . you give again your complaint. she will fwd it . and 24 hour they will touch me back. till more than 2 days passed no body. touched with me. its a realy a hectic situation. when you. purchase some thing for your home from a co. that having good repo but providing such products. not even not reverting on complaints.
