Asian Paint
Poor quality paint

Dear Sir,

Under Mention complaint was marked to asian paints but till date (more than one month) they have no given any resolution to my compliant only provided complaint number-Reference No:- 20100401017

So i request you to plz help me to provide my charges of paint & paniter charges back.

This is to your reference i made complaint against problem faced by paint used by me in my house to your customer care on 17-March under complaint no-601163098, then after approx two days later your TSM visited by premises to check issue he commited that he will look into the matter & he will try to rectify same or he will try to get our expenses back & revert me after two days but he did not revert me then i again called your customer services to know about my complaint they said your complaint has been closed i asked thm on which basis you closed my complaint without updating me & i asked that lady to transfer my call to senior person but after some holdshe said to that TSM then i called to Mr Depender Kumar (TSM) ALT NO-9996001893 he told he is out of station & he will come to my premises after one or two day but still i have not recvd any revert for him till date if this kind of services is providing your company then i am sorry to say anything.

So plz look into the matter as i want returns of my expenses of paint, labour charges.
