Dear sir/madam

Pension Claim Pending for morethan 1Years

I had submitted claims to my previous company M/s ASIAN PAINTS PVT LTD on april. I am trying to contact PF office Bandra and no one is responding to telephone calls. Probably my claim is the oldest pending in the history EPFO India. I need justice now. Whom to contact and I want to register a case with Consumer Forum. I want to get compesation for the mental and physical tension, harrasment by the staff of bandra office.

I had even written mails to the mail ids mentioned in the website. all mails bounced and i tried contacting the ministry of labor, they told me politely to contact the Bandra Office.
