Wrong delivery of product

I ordered for SWING MASSAGER from Asian Sky Shop through VPP . Once I received the product on 14th Oct and opended it contained used CA books. Total amount paid is Rs 7000/- Rs 345 = Rs 7345/-

As per discussions with customer care officers we have send the CA books parcel back to them.

We are still awaiting Swing Massager for which we have paid Rs 7345/-
