Deliver of old and dirty product

We had purcahsed a steam spa by ordering over the phone no that is 022-66719400 on 01/06 and we had received the material on 11/06 vide your invoice no as ho/1016892 dated 01/06 but as soon as we had opened the package we had found the packing was so poor and the material was fully dirty and its like it was used prviously also so we did not open it much and immediately we had contract the customer care and the reply from then was that after 2 days they will let us know whether the complain is locked or not and after that i had received a call from somebody name as anjali and according to her i had to send the photograph and email to her and then only their will be some action .so i had attached the photograph for your reference .but i want to know why such trouble is given to us when we had paid the money for the new products and the year of import is showing as year 2007 why such material is supplied to us. Look into the matter serioulsy and resolve it immediately.
