Poor customer service

I bought premium resume writing services from naukri.com. They promised to deliver me the resume and cover letter in 10 working days but it has been more then a month now and i have not received the resume. They did send me the first draft which was not good at all. The content was very poor. I have send several emails to them but to no avail.

I advice not to use their resume writing services at all.
