Respected Sir. i am from Murajhar bazar under nagaon telecom district of Assam telecom circle, that more agency of your pre-paid card saller taking excess mony from buyers . likely that the 56 top up card they have saling at rupees 60 . many consumer have refused to pay but they are stoping to sale the said top up card.
