I purchased Excel Magic 75 on 13March. According to the plan the call charge during 10pm - 7am should be free for a call to a bsnl land line phone. But I found that it was not actually free when I called to land line phone No. 03672220102 at about 10-15pm on 18March. On enquiry, bsnl personnel told that due to technical fault the call is free only for the period 11pm - 7am!
