Loan Payment Receipt

1.I have paid Rs 20 Lac to Asset management, Bhandarkar Road, Pune in last month. This is part repayment of my housing loan.

Receipt of the same was expected in weeks time by courier at my residential address.

I am yet to receive the same.

2. I have two accounts with Axis -Loan repayment transfer standing instruction from one Pune Br. a/c to another Pune Br a/c calls for Rs 500 charges which are more than 10 % of my EMI.Why it should be charged in first place?

If charge is required then why so high?
