Non receipt of DD

We are Importers for Power Tiller and it’s spares parts from China and marketing throughout Inida.

We give below our grievance which is continuing for the last two months. In spite of our several contacts over phone and letters to the respective concerned officers, our problem is not yet solved.

1) We have dispatched one consignment through Sate Bank of India, Ramachandrapuram, A.P. Ph: 09705003149 vide our inv.no.829 dt.14.2.09 for Rs.16, 933.00 to M/s. Geetha Enterprises, Ramachandrapurm, A.P. Ph:09849156294. We have sent the relative documents along with the original Lorry Receipt bearing no.204289779 of VRL dt.14.2.09 through courier.

2) We come to know that our customer M/s. Geetha Enterprises had retired the documents on 26.2.09from the said bank and cleared the materials and their a/c has been debited.

3) After waiting several days for getting the DD, we communicated over phone and through letter to the Bank manager, and have been informed by the Manager that they have issued a DD and send through courier service in A.P for delivery to our administrative office address: M/s. Associated Agro Machineries, 1st floor, Century Plaza, V.H.Road, Palakkad-Ph.0491-2522633, 6418549.

4) Regret to inform you that till writing this letter we have not received either DD or a suitable reply neither from Bank nor from the courier service.

5) We have incurred a huge loss and mental tension due to this delay.

We request your good office to interfere in this matter and settle this problem as early as possible since our year ending work is in progress
