Tatkal scheme comparison

I have applied for my kids passport under TATKAL scheme online on @13/04 and paid the charges on date 21/04 peronally. After reading your web site that passport shall be issued within 2-3 days under TTKAL scheme. Whereas we have been given 15 days of time for despatch, though my kids current passport are already under validity till @ 25 August. I would have not gone for TATKAL scheme if it were written in web site that TATKAL may take 15 days also, because now those excercise became useless for me and I also have to suffer extra charges of TATKAL scheme. This is nothing but misguidance (web site tells -3 days and in practical it takes 15 days) to reluctant public for collection of extra charges under TATKAL. I am thinking to challnge ths court of law.

I am awaiting for your positive response in this regard for next two day and then only I will be moving or court.
