Serious lapse by workshop

My maruti a star which met with accident wb 06a 0498 and given to dewars garage kolkata for necessary repair was returned to me duly redone by workshop people after a month without taking a test drive. I found to my utter su surprise the next morning when I was going out in the car that the steering has become free suddenly in the middle of the road and I was on the verge of another life threatening accident.

As I immediately made a complain to the dealer/company office, I got an astonishing reply from a very senior manager that as the car was there for amonth in the workshop for the complain in the left side of the car, they have nothing doing for the steering and it is not their responsibility. I have personally seen that the car under repair in progress when the dashboard and steering wheel was not in their place at that time. I have suffered a severe dilemma and state of shock at the time when the car suddenly became standstill in the middle of the road. Next day the mechanic came to my garage and found the defect and repaired the car steering. I received a phone call saying sorry sir the next day.
