I regret to inform you that i bought a New A-Star from your Greater Kailash Show-room near to Savitri cinema on 27th Sept.09 (Car No. is DL 3C 2512). I was informed at the moment of delivery that you will get the provisional RC with in 25 days. Inspite of repeated request made to Mr. Sanjay till date i haven"t got the provisional RC due to which i faced a lot of problem. Even there were various issues which are not upto the satisfactory level during purchase. Now i am thinking that Marketing times belives in one Car selling rather than to make new customer / satisfaction through the existing customer. I request you to kindly issue me the provisional RC to avoid any further inconvieninace as well as faith in Marketing Times.
