Dear Sir
I bought the car in Dec.2008 from Berkeley Chandigarh from the day one i have been facing few problems
as follows:
1.Noise/Vibration in engine
2.Indicator switch not releasing, releasing only on shrap turns which results into indictor remains on till it is switched off manually.
3.Average not more than 15km.
4. Steering hard movment at the time of moving/aligning the car on road it should work as power steering
on stationary/low speed but it is reverse here. It is like driving car without the power steering.
5.Doors specially rear doors are very hard to close.
6.Shokers not so effective like other cars of this segment.
I have made close to 3 visits for these problems they have replaced spark plugs also for problem no.1 but no result problem remains the same. The person who was sent from Maruti RO Chandigrh has been
transferred and other person Mr. Dhirak Parkash is not picking my phone as he assured me that he will talk to me on 4th April to day is 7th.
The person who has been tranferred he confirmed me over the phone that proble is there is some problem in indicators and feed back has been sent to even Japan also.
Sir Please look into it and arrange to provide the solution at the earliest.
