Taking fees in a huge amount with illegal rules

Sir, most humbly & respect fully i beg to say that in my college, many illegal works are happening... for example. Taking late fees of rupees 50 per day with out any rules. There is 5 rupees per day fine in my library which is too much. There is no sufficient teachers in my college. Bus fees necessary for all students even they do not go through the bus. If any students reports this complain to the principle or management then they suffer from practical (marks) results, they fail the students. So, students can't be able to do any things.
