Supply of Substandard Materials

I am an aggreived customer of Astral Polytechnik a BSE listed company. I had recently purchased Astral CPVC materials from one of their dealer and after installation the pipe showed hairline cracks. On further enquiry from the dealership and other dealers i found that they are supplying substandard materials to the customers. Instead of using Lubrizol materials the are using cheap CPVC materials from Japan. I have also written to Lubrizol and is yet to receive their answer. I demand full compensation from Astral POlytechnik for supplying me substandard materials in the name of Flowguard.
