My PF Payment Amount Not yet Received

I have submitted my claim form 19 & 10C on 25/08/09. Till date i have not received because as per instruction of govt when the employees submit the claim form after 30 days will get the money. See my account already 2 months. I need cash immediately because my sister marrage fixed on 25th October that time i wont have cash i have get from out side for Interest. This interest amount who will give for me.

Please do the need ful and sent immeditely.
