We have booked a consingment in us, on dated 15.050.08 through united postal services, vide tracking no was ev983671641 it has reached to kokata on 22.05.08 as reported by united postal services, when we have complain with department of post on 04.06.08 buwritten complain . we recd a latter from them dated 16th june that they have despatchec the parcels to s.p.c.c. kolkata a.p.s.o on dated 22.05.08, we have not recd the valuable pacrels, we have been also harssed by them while knowking for impormation, pl look
