Credit card billing without my consent

Dear Sir,

I made a question with Astrolife.order.com as per their trems one question charges were US$ 9/- which I paid thru my credit card. while submitting the question an error occured and I reverse back to modify my question after giving the credit card no.but did not click [ SUBMIT] When confirmation email was sent to me by Astro-life in their statement it was shown as "Order Pending" but astonishingly when I received my credit Card statement it was booked. How come they can choose to book the order which was not confirmed by me.

Now when i amde a complaint to revese back the money they did not answer and most astonishingly they did not attempt to send answer to my question even after passing 20 days time. Now my question is How can I book them for their wrong doing and grabbing of my money. Your advise will be highly appreciative.
