I had subscribed to ASTROCOUNSELING (query number 10109) service of astrolife.com by paying rs 750 by my credit card on 23rd of August this year.
In this service they had promised to answer my as many queries as I ask within seven days of the subscription. Now almost a month is gone and they have answered just one single query asked on the first day of subscription. Now they are not responding to even my complaints regarding the same.
I am completely dissatisfied with their service and I want my money back as soon as possible.
