Dents in the Ca

Dear Sir,

I had bought Spark from Astavinayak Auto based out of Malad link Road in Mumbai on the 3rd of Oct. Its Just over 2months and I notice some dents appearing on the roof top of my Car. I than approched them to give a complain about the same. At the same time their was a black resedue that was appearing on the front wheels of my car. It was a great concern of saftey.

On my protest that the car was not safe I was directed by the staff off Astavinayak Showroom (Farook) to their Service station (Bosco) for referal. It was astonishing to find the that staff of a reputed car company pushing the blame on the customer in regards with his driving. I was told category that I was bareking tomuch and thats why the black reseduce was on the wheels. Amazingly I also drive a Fiat Ciena ELX which over the period of years never gave out that kind of Black resedue.

Any which ways when I explained to him about the dents on the rooftop of my car which are much like due to some kind of rerrosion or so, which happen only when a car is over 10 to 12 years old, I was told that some body must be hitting the car or some kind of an obect must be falling over the roof top. I explaned to the gentlemen (Bosco) that the car was always parked in a still parking. I also showed him my other car whic is always parked besides the spark. His explanation was " Seina is a 6lacs car that Spark is a 3lacs car, so definately their will be a difrence in the body of cars". Whats was that?

I have spent my hard earn money on getting this car and need to get my value for the car. I dont see why I should have not been allowed to registered a complain and was asked for a to write to the GM motors directly? Is this what MD of Cheverolet promised in his ADD campain?
