Deficiency and fraud

Dear Sir,

I prurchased an ASUS P 656 mobile from Bangalore. The dealer sold me the set stating that software of Satguide (GPRS navigation system) worth Rs 2000 is being offered free with this set. After trying to tune the software in the set I could not get it working. I approached the dealer who spoke to Satguide office at hyderabad. Satguide then informed the dealer that this software is not compatable with this particular set and that they are still working on it. I am still not able to operate the Satguide on my cell although the packing cover of the mobile clearly states that Satguide is being supplied free with this set. I have a mail confirmation from satguide stating that this software will not operate on his set.

Request you to kindly look into this matter and help me out.
