ATC
Training Instructor's Attitude

Miscellaneous

Dear Sir.,

Good- Morning.,

I would like to bring to your attention that a candidate - Mrs Massarath Nawaz is undergoing Agents training at ATC Tiruppur.

This candidate had approached LIC India thro online to become an Agent.

& with subsequent guidance from office of Tiruppur she is under DO - Mr. Mahalingam (Dev. Officer code = 1243076).

Although the training / teaching is completely in Tamil the candidate in spite of having less knowledge in Tamil (medium of training taken by the candidate is English)., is trying her best to understand the teachings & has attended the classes for two days.

Unfortunately she is suffering from Viral fever & requested the instructor for leave permission for the second consecutive day, The Instructor (Mr Mohan) was very rude & has alleged that the candidate is giving a lame excuse.

The candidate is my wife, & when I tried to reason with the Instructor, he was very rude & disconnected the tele conversation without even bothering to listen.

Firstly I request you to appoint Instructors who are patient & kind., & secondly without seeing the person the Instructor cannot call her a liar indirectly by saying a lame excuse.

Subsequently I have talked to the DO also explaining the situation.

I request you to kindly advise the Instructor Mr. Mohan not to accuse / judge a person based on his own attitude / frustration / tension.

Best Regards

Nasrulla Sharief
