Prize Claim

On 03/04 a message has come on my mobile from AT-CFCS-US stating that my mobile has won USD250, 000. To claim your prize money do send your name, address, tel n age to cs04@hotmail.com... According to the message, i have reverted back my details but didnt get the acceptable reply..I went to the nearby vodafone centre and they said that this is a fraud message... Is this the way to send a message like this??? I want to file a complain against this AT-CFCS-US company for harassing the customers by sending fraud messages..
