Wrongly appears my name in your Report

I had appiled for Credit Card with HSBC bank in response to there free Card Offer.(No charges). Within a month I recd a Credit Card and so far I have not at all used any facility of this card. After some days ahead I recd a statement from HSBC bank stating some amount I am to pay to them.

So far I have not paid this amount, hence this amount got accumulated to now Rs. 6996/-. Since long back I have returned them the original Credit Card.

I have sent so many E-mails & corrospondeces to Bank with a request to waive such small amount.

Hope you will help me to sort out this issue.
