My cosumer no is 6408. I booked a cylinder about a month ago. The booking is now by computer system. When checked about after 3 weeks, it indicated that there is no booking, while intermittent checking confirmed the booking. Again booked the cylinder but even after 8 days there is no supply. No body picks the phone on other/previous numbers given to us. It has become a headach after computerisation.
