Hi,

I want to share my experience with a financial institution (Atlantic Associates) that published an ad about personal finance at 4% interest per annum. I contacted them through mails with necessary documents and they reverted back saying that the loan is sanctioned and need to deposit 2% of the loan amount and that the payment will be done the next day and this happened on 2nd Jan.

I have deposited the amount (Rs46, 000) and from then troubles have started. Their person never came and they kept asking for more and more money for something or the other reason and so the total amound i paid piled upto 67, 000. Then they again asked to deposit one EMI prior to disbursement of loan for which i denied and asked them to cancel the loan agreement. They agreed upon this and said that it takes 10 -15 days for return of my money. But till now they are postponing the issue and never gives a proper and satisfactory Replies.

Please beware of such financial frauds. There are many such financial institutions as they claim post the ads in classifieds and try to cheat the public. If any one have already undergone a similar sitiuation please intimate me so that a stern action can be taken against such people.
