Credit card not received

Dear sir

My Name is Mr. S. Sivagirinathan, 11A, THSS NORTH NEW STREET, KUMBAKONAM. I had received Pin NUmber one month before. But till date I have not received the Credit Card.

BUt today (i.e., 14-11), i received message through

my mobile i.e., Dear customer, Your credit card bill of Rs.337.08 with due date of 03-dec has been generated and will reach you shortly. I don't understand? How it is possible? When will I get my Creit card from Your Bank? Also kindly send the Axis Bank's E-mail id.
