Espected sir/mam

i am a resident of kota, rajasthan, i bought stealth300 in the month of august, 08 from m/s anand cycles at sabjimandi kota . when i bought it i was so very excited but when i started using it i was not at all satisfied with it because i had to face so many problems in using it . as the problems faced by me are i got 4 paddles of the cycle changed since the time i bought it, even its chain was not working in the gears, and the chain also broke and not even a single part of it is proper, as such the parts of the cycle are not available in the market .and the main thing is that i use to ride it only for 1km in the evening but now i can't because it can't work . now i m fed up of all this so i request u to either provide me with a new cycle or get its service done . and if u have any other appropriate solution for my problem please just do inform me.
