Atm dispute

On 24th oct 14.13.38hrs i have transact in your atm at dhanbad branch, i have to with draw Rs.1500/- for which i have done all the process but after few seconds a transaction receipt appeared with cash taken but amt is not received by me, then after I have complain the same at ur Dhanbad Branch for which they have provided a complain no SR85075016 & they have told that after 24 hrs. u will get ur money refund but next day I have contacted on 26th Oct I have contacted ur branch & they have told u will get back ur money after 7 days because complain resolution time is of 7 working days. AFTER FEW DAYS they have told that ur complain has been resolved & u have received ur cash on same transaction.

Sorry to say u that I have not received the amount of Rs.1500/-.

Pls look into the matter &expedite the same.
