Money blocked in Atm Machine

I, Bhuvaneshwari a/c holder and my a/c no. is 04100100011283 of your bank has withdrawn a amount of Rs. 2000 on 3rd January around 6.30pm from Kalbadevi Bank of baroda atm but due to some technical problem in the ATM Machine I just received an amount of Rs. 1000 . So I would request you to do an enquiry and help me in receiving my stucked amount of Rs. 1000 which I haven't received during that time of transaction.

All the proof has been submitted in Bank of Baroda, Princess street Branch officer. But till not I have received any favourable reply from them. Hope you will take immediate action.
