I got 400rupees deducted from ATM

On the date 16th feb I entered 400 rupees cash withdraw and after that it was shown in the screen that time out for the last transaction then I waited for some time all were facing that same problem in that Sailashreevihar Branch Bhubaneswar ORISSA .when I done the balance enquiry on the next day I saw 400 rupees has been deducted from my account. As on that day on 16th feb the ATM machine was not working so the reciept not came out. So I want my money back soon.
