Charging fine

1. Their should not be any charge for not maintaining minimum balance in a salary a/c as per the RBI guidelines, it is a zero balance a/c, same like other banks maintain whereas an amount of Rs. 200/- has been charged to my a/c no: 28870 (benachity branch / uco bank). No right person was available to listen to my grievances. Most of the time they fail to maintain cash as happened yesterday evening too where my transaction was declined due to insufficient cash.
