ATM
Applied for atm but not received

Dear Sir,

I have not recieved my atm card of state bank of india. Its been seven months since i m waiting for my atm cum debit card of sbi and my account no was 30646689683.My branch is Agartala Branch, Melarmath, Tripura of SBI . But no responce. They said i will recieve my card within two or three weeks but card has not come yet. Also they were not giving me the proper answer. I asked to that person in the bank that where can i ask for my card enquiry. He said very rudely to me that see the phone no at any sbi atm and asked them. He did not reply my answer. What now i can do? please help me as early as possible? Because my monthly salary is getting from this account, i have to draw my salary with cheque which is very dificult for me to be in queue. So, kindly send my atm in following address-
