ATM
Not receiving properly

Respected sir,

Iam resident of vijayawada, one day (11-9-09) i went to union bank ATM for withdrawing money. The ATM is located at Ramavarapadu town (vijayawada rural). I dont no how to withdrawl money by using the card. Then i asked the person who is standing inside the ATM (security gaurd). He is talked very irresponsibly like "Dont u have eyes", "why are u asking me". I felt very bad. Then i thought Why these union bank people have minimum commonsence, they dont know how to behave with customers.so I requested you to punish the person who talked vulgurly. The union bank ATM is located at ramavapadu town, beside vijayawada.
