Atm card
ATM CARD IS BLOCKED

Sir,

i am an account holder in SBI (college of engineering, pune-branch) pune. while using my ATM card in november my ATM card got blocked ie. the machine was not accepting my password.i cheked it after 24 hours but i could not use it. then i went to my branch and told my problem to the branch employee.they asked me to call the customer care no given on the ATM card and i did it accordingly. at customer care they asked me to go to my branch and ask then to do the proceedings for chang eof password. so i went to my branch and again told my problem .they did some computer checking and told that the problem is rectified but when i checked the problem was as it is. i again went to the branch and told them that the problem is as it is but they told me to come later on since they are busy.now it is 2 months since i am not able to use my ATM card and i am not able to withdraw money from ATM also and also the branch people do not entertain our withdrawal slips as they ask us to use ATM.

so kindly suggest me what should i do in such situation. i am very upset..
