Atm card
Wrongly debited the amount

My ATM Card no is 6220180114000036482.On 17/03/09 at 5:39 p.m. I inserted my mentioned card at Howrah Branch for the amount RS.1800 but i received a print out with noting 'SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS', TXN No.1045 and ATM ID.S1AC00009101..Then i inserted the card to get the amount and i received the amount with TXN NO.1046.At 7:19 p.m. i inserted my ATM card to check my amount at Kolkata C.I.T. road branch (Term S1AN00114002), it was found that RS.1800 was wrongly debited from my account.

I am sure there must be any technical mistake on the part of yourself.please look into the matter and do needful at your earliest.
