Atm card
Not recd since Oct

Dear Sir,

Sir, i had requested for new ATM card on Oct'2008.then again in 2nd dec.'2008 then again in 21 dec.'2008 .but i m sorry to say of without result.i have not recieved my atm card of state bank of india. Its been five months since i m waiting for my debit card of sbi. I went to my branch that is ONGC Bhatpoe Surat BRANCH OF SBI BANK but no responce. They said i will recieve my card within seven-ten days but card has not come yet. Also they were not in position to say that when this card will be issued for me.they say that it is beyond control of them.that atm card will come fm mumbai. several times i contacted to theregional head office and help line of sbi, every times they say that ur atm card is in process.then i contacted mumbai office . their reply also very rudely.in mean time i hv applied for my wife.who is having of jt.a/c holder.the sotory is above 5months of without result. i again applied in 19 th march.

sir, where i complint to get my atm .because bank official are not helping me. please advice.
