ATM Card not Received

Sir,

I Sanjay Mohol would like to tell you that I have my A/c in Bank of Maharashtra Bhawani Peth Br, Pune Maharashtra, Since 2 years. My Saving A/c No is 20135150884. I had applied for ATM facility last 1& 1/2 year, & every month I have to go to the Bank for withdrawal. But till today no one is taking seriously as each time I go they only give me fake answers that we have booked your complain. Some time they say that we had talk with Mumbai office thay will send you new ATM pin code.

Sir I have received my ATM card Since last 6 months, but the PIN CODE which came was not my pin code as on that pin No the name & address was my but A/c No was of other person. This type of matters are not taken to granted by the bank. I feel very inconvence to go to bank each time for withdrawal. My Co's 2 - 3 members have not received their ATM same like me.
