Atm card
Debittig twice

Sir,

I had a transaction of cash withdrawl of Rs. 5000/ using my SBI ATM card no 6220180785400000531 at SBT ATM centre TN Road, KALADY, KARAMANA, TRIVANDRUM on 1st May at 0725 am. I got the balance slip as Rs. 43436.26 after the transaction. When i verified in the mini statement on 030508, I found the money was debitted twice and the balance was shown as Rs. 38436.26 only. I gave a written complaint to SBI, VALIAMALA (MY PARENT BRANCH, my SB a/c no 10326604216) on 070508 and the same was referred to SBT, KARAMANA to which this ATM IS ATTACHED.They replied that no excess cash was found that day and hence referred the case to atm nodal agency. After so many days of my followup with SBT, KARAMANA, finally I got a reply today from the manager that some thing is to be done by SBI, VALIAMALA only since there can be an error in their account.

Now, two months have elapsed and I dont find any solution to my problem. Kindly advise.
