Non-activation of ATM Card No 5126520010435985 of SB A/c No. 1514000100919450

Sir,

I have lost my ATM card and after getting it blocked got issued a new ATM card from PNB-Khanpur, Delhi branch some 10 days back after doing all the required formalities.

My ATM Card No is 5126520010435985 and my saving a/c no. is 1514000100919450 in joint name of Anamika (my wife) and Rajesh Kumar Jaiswal.

Till date my ATM card did not get activated and while using it gives message "Unauthorised Card".

I tried contacing your branch, but they told it will be activated some time after, but now it is more than 10 days passed and still it is non-operative.

So, please do the needful, so that I can use it. I am getting much difficulties because of it.

Hope to get it activated at the earliest.
