Regarding Saving Account

I Was Open Saving Account in Your Bank. There was Some people Collected Documents in Our area for opening account in Union bank of India. I was open Account but That Fellows told me Person will come from Bank and Active your card After 15 days,

But No body has come to home And Activate card. My card is FINO card and my card number is 3466 0115 6771 5014. So what should I do for Activation, Please get me some solution.

Should I come to Bank And Enquire?
