THE APPORIPATE AUTHORITHY,
I AM JASWANT KAUR OF GUWAHATI ASSAM. HAVING MY SAVING A/C IN PNB ZOO ROAD BRANCH.ON 24/03 I VISITED THE ATM COUNTER OF PNB, ABUHAR BRANCH, NEAR SUNIL CINEMA HALL THERE I TRIED TO WITHDRAW RS10000/= BUT I COULD NOT GET THE MONEY, AGAIN I TRIED FOR RS4000/= AND COULD NOT GET IT. NEXT I TRIED FOR RS3000/= BUT I COULD NOT GET IT.I LEFT THE ATM WITHOUT WITHROWING ANY MONEY.ON 25/03 I WITHROWN AN AMOUNT AT JALLIANWALABAGH ATM, WHEN COLLECTING A MINI STATEMENT I FONUD THE AN AMOUNT OF RS3000/= WAS DEBITED FROM MY ON 24/03. IN FACT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY FROM ABUHAR ATM. I LODGED THE COMPLAIN ON 13/04 AT PNB ZOO ROAD, TO RETURNED THE AMOUNT OF RS3000/= TO MY A/C. BUT TILL NOW NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR. SO I LIKE TO REQUEST THE APPORIPATE AUTHORITHY TO REDEPOSIT THE AMOUNT BACK IN TO MY A/C.
