ATM-CUM-DEBIT CARD
ATM purchase double debited

Ref: - S B A/C No. 10526195124 & ATM card No 6220180488200031430.

I used my above ATM card for purchase at M/S. Havmor

Restaurants, Ahemdabad, on 17/10/08 for Rs. 900/= (Rupees. NINE

HUNDRED only). I gone through my account statement and found double

time debited for Rs 900/= each. I contacted the concerned sales point

and their banks statement is showing only one credit entry for Rs. 900/=. I

lodged a complaint to you and submitted Xerox copy of the bank

statement, thereafter I contacted you over phone several times to attend

this problems. Every time you are replying positively; but till date my

complaint is unattended. I hereby once again remind and request you

to attend my complaint immediately.
