Hi this is rupinder kaur i have acount with your sbi bank scince 2 year.and i would like to bring your king notice that on10/08/09 my parents are tried to withdrew cash 10, 000 from sbi .actuly i am working in delhi and my parents are using my ATM. and dispenser failuer the amount did not come from the machine on the ather hand the receipt stantment showes the request has been serviced but got debited from my saving bank account no 30285611364 sbi bank immediatly me and my parent are approched the help desk of sbi bank but the bank officer said that you have to atteched the ATM receipt with the latter and then give i requerst you to please look into the amount debited due to failure of ATM i already complaind on online and i have got complaind nomber cc-1251772729897 highly abliged to you for this kindness. thankyou Rupinderkau
