Dear sir,

This is Shailesh V.Patel having a/c 30157745373 with SBI, Modasa, Gujarat. My account has been debited two times when made transaction on 10-04 at the ATM (Modasa). I have used ATM (Modasa) to collect Rs.15000/- at 7.16 pm but the transaction was failed. I try again for same this time the transaction was successful. But when I saw transaction slip my account was debited twice for amount 15000/- even though I got only 15000/- one time. I have already given an application to the bank manager of Modasa branch. Dear sir, I am needy person six members are dependand on me.

Please resolve the problem immediately.
