I had tried to draw 3000 Rs & 1000Rs through SBI & PNB ATM cards, from Union Bank ATM opp. to city post office gandhibagh, itwari nagpur.

But, The ATM hasd given the message that"your Transaction can not be processed" & my account statement is showing the debited amount though I have not received a single penny.
