ATM Probe
My Account got debited with Rs without withdrawal. Fund Not recived for my complint no.49439 dt.24-5-07 & RR No.8860

Sir,

I am holding an Account in Andhra Bank, Gunjan-Vapi, GIDC Vapi, Gujarat-396195. when i went to ATM to withdraw the money, i withdrew only Rs 2000 but my Account got Credit with my a/c, and my Account balance decreased thereby, i immedietly complained in the branch office, but it has been 1 1/2 year no action was taken.

Please help me to solve this problem.
