Malfunctioning of ATM machine

R/Sir,

I, RAKES SINGH CHAUHAN am having the ATM card number 6220180480200038077 and account number 30371829179 beg to state that while operating the ATM machine on 22/09/09 at approx. 14:30 hrs.,

near main gate of OFC, chandrapur (maharashtra) i have given the command for withdrawl of Rs 4000/-

but i could not get the cash but it has been deducted from my balance. also I want to state that my ATM card is of Chakradhar Nagar, Raigarh (C.G.) Branch and i have Operated the Machine at Maharashtra now

Not any Branch is ready to Accept the Complaint. So i request u to please give guideline regarding this

matter.
